Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish
- Cook the pasta until 1-2 minutes shy of al dente. Drain.
- In a large bowl, combine: Alfredo sauce, Heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Italian seasoning, Pepper, Salt (if needed)
- Stir in: Cooked chicken, Pasta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, any other optional add ins like Broccoli or Mushrooms
- Pour into the prepared baking dish
- Mix together the melted butter, panko, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly
- Broil for 1-2 minutes if you'd like the topping extra golden
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan

Only have one jar of Alfredo Sauce? No problem just do the following:
Continue following Step 3 but only add your 1 jar of Alfredo Sauce and add 1 cup heavy cream (or 1 cup half-and-half) and a ½ cup milk to the Step 3 mixture. If you have raw chicken you need to use up: Then season the chicken with the same spices listed in the recipe and sear in a cast iron pan until golden brown on both sides (about 4-5 minutes each side) then transfer to your already preheated oven until the chicken reaches a safe internal temperature of 165 degrees F. about 10 minutes depending on thickness of chicken.
